We are a CIAT (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists) Chartered Practice located at M-SParc Menai Science Park, Gaerwen, Anglesey. We cover a whole range of projects in Anglesey, Gwynedd, Conwy and the Snowdonia National Park areas.

WM Design & Architecture Ltd is an innovative design led practice favoured for their experience by self-builders and clients extending their homes, we have a great deal of experience in domestic alterations and adaption projects. We cover all aspects of contemporary architectural design and construction, the practice is able to provide services covering Survey, Design, Planning, Listed Building, Building Regulations, Site Supervision and Contract Administration Services.
