This project was a replacemrnt dwelling for a seaside timber summerhouse located in Red Wharf Bay. The client wanted a highly efficient dwelling and decided on a Passive House route. The new dwelling involved large expanses of glass to maximise the views over the bay, but needed caerful design to prevent summertime overheating. The completed house sits nestled into the hillside at the rear.
