Full refurbishment and conversion of a three-storey beach side property in Rhosneigr. It lacked any character or presence on the beach front, and so our clients wanted us to give the entire property a total refurbishment. This included extending the main living space in a curved form to give a panoramic view of the beach. In addition to the newly refurbished home, a new boat store was built off the rear to replace some older dilapidated and weather-beaten stores. Works completed in the summer of 2022.
