Grade II listed end of terrace dwelling, which had been poorly adapted in the past and suffered numerous dampy ingress and construction issues. The property was sensitively taken back to the core structure and caerfully restored. The listed building consent allowed a new contemporary extension off the side to improve the ground floor living and family spaces.
