An eco-modern coastal home with timber cladding and floor to-ceiling glass overlooking the Irish Sea

The project

Replacement dwelling of a previous Colt timber frame house from the 1940's, on the coast near Church Bay. This house was built using a ECF construction system, which is highly energy efficient. The propoerty has vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams, and views looking towards Mynydd Tŵr, and the Irish Sea. 

"Adrian and the team at WM Design & Architecture have designed the most beautiful house we could imagine. Not only that, it is thermally efficient using green energy (ground source and solar). We really enjoyed working with Adrian, he made the build stress free for us and we would recommend WM to anyone taking the plunge of a new build."
