Derelict listed cottage currently in the construction design stage for a full restoration and contemporary modern extension
The project
An 1860's Grade II listed cottage that had remained deralict for approximately 30 years. We helped obtained listed building consent for its sensitive resoration and a contemporary side extension which contains a modern open plan family living space.
